Ed Kozek

Ed Kozek if founder and president of our company. He has been in the construction industry for 40 years. He has B.S. electrical and mechanical engineering degrees and a masters degree in business administration. Early in his working career he was awarded five U.S. patents in electronics and mechanical products. Ed selects and specifies superior quality products that are engineered and designed to provide you a home with lasting value. It is his passion and it shows. It is his constant desire that Lone Oak stays a leader in building quality homes and sets the standard for customer satisfaction.

Gina Kozek

Gina's training and experience focuses on interior and exterior design. She specializes in kitchen and bath design, and makes all selections for our spec homes. You will find a strong continuity of design and imagination that sets our homes apart from the crowd. Gina's skills are also utilized in working with our custom home clients as she listens to your desires and helps you translate them into your perfect place. She has formerly owned her own design business with the motto she still believes in, "Sensible designs for comfortable living."
