About Us
 Lone Oak Development, Inc. has been building homes since 1992. We place a
heavy emphasis on planning so our homes are built in a timely fashion without compromising
the high quality that you deserve. Our homes usually take 6 to 15 months to complete, depending
on size and complexity.
We use specially selected materials so our homes remain low maintenance and are built to last.
Our homes have beautiful architectural details, generous porches, custom-designed kitchen and
baths, high quality trim, crown molding, wainscoting, natural stone countertops and
backsplashes, high-end appliances and cabinets. Flooring is high quality wood, natural
stone, tile, and carpet. Generous allowances provide our customers with a wide choice of
materials and products for lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and all the other selections
to make your home your own.
At Lone Oak we constantly look for superior products that provide ease of installation,
requiring low maintenance, and have good design qualities. After all, products not only have
to function well, they have to look good, too! That is why we say at Lone Oak Development we

A note about our founder, Ed Kozek:
Ed takes a hands-on approach to building your home. Much of his work week is spent onsite
with the superintendent and other contractors to ensure your home is the quality product that
you desire.
Also, as part of our team, we have a professional interior designer who specializes in kitchen
and bath design. Gina Kozek is dedicated solely to Lone Oak Development, so her focus is
exclusively on our homes and home buyers. This ensures that Lone Oak Development gives you
the special attention you need and deserve.
