Lone Oak Development News

October 2007 - Lone Oak was awarded the GOLD medal by the Charleston-Trident Homebuilders Association during their annual "Tour of Homes" contest. Located at Kiawah River Estates, this Charleston Single Style won BEST IN CLASS (see photo to right).

March 2008 - Lone Oak Development, a Charleston, Kiawah and John's Island, SC home builder, is set to begin contstruction on a 5,000 sq. ft. spec house on Kiawah Island.
